The Citizen Course is a community development plan that provides real world experience

to teach, prevent and inform about a growing problem of local threat to our way of life. The

word PRAUS means “strength under control”. We use this foundational word to build our

training principles through a day of academics focused on understanding the threat,

battling fear, accepting your role as a citizen and understanding tactics and techniques to

practically and tangibly protect and sustain your home. We then spend a day and a half on

foundational to advanced level shooting principles on the range. We finish the course using

law enforcement level training pistols to run realistic scenarios to induce decision making

under pressure and reinforce the principles that will lead to victory in an unstable situation.

This course is for everyone, because everyone needs training and practice in maintaining

control in the midst of chaos.
